We know I love Tea and we know I love Knitting (and almost as much crocheting). Today i wanted to tell you about my experience with Rooibos Tea and its affect on my allergies.
Health benefits of red rooibos tea include its use as a cure for nagging headaches, insomnia, asthma, eczema, bone weakness, hypertension, allergies, and premature aging. The tea is absolutely free from caffeine content and is also low in tannins. You can enjoy the refreshing beverage all day long with no possible side effects. Drinking rooibos tea can further ease severe stomach cramps, as well as bring relief to asthma and other related conditions. It also boosts the immune system of the human body.

I drink a lot of Twinings Red Rooibos, I drink it hot, or iced and it really does relieve my sneezing, itchy throat and post nasal drip. I can’t take medication because of other help complications and I can easily tell when I am missing my Rooibos. I have also purchased it from Adagio, Republic of Tea and Teavana and of course Tazo. Some folks don’t care for it but I love it and am so grateful that it works for me.

On the knitting needles—I am knitting sunshine (to be revealed later) and a mitered baby blanket in blues for my friends from THIS post.
Their dream is coming true next month when they adopt their new son! I am so happy for them and I know what a blessing adoption is
KNIT ON!!!. .
